Send Us Your Bouquet

After your wedding day, it’s time to send your bouquet for preservation. Proper packaging is essential to ensure your flowers arrive in the best possible condition, and we provide detailed shipping instructions to guide you through this step.

If you’re located in Southwest Florida, you may drop off your bouquet at our studio within eight days of your wedding. For clients shipping their flowers, we recommend overnight or two-day shipping for the best preservation results.

Pressing & Color Correction

Once your bouquet arrives, our floral preservation specialists begin the meticulous process of pressing each bloom. Unlike traditional flower pressing, we use a unique color correction technique to maintain the vibrancy and integrity of your flowers, ensuring the final design closely resembles how your bouquet looked on your wedding day.

This step sets Olive Branch Studios apart, as we go beyond simple preservation to enhance and restore the natural beauty of each flower.

 Custom Design & Proofing

Once your flowers are fully preserved, we carefully arrange them within your selected frame, thoughtfully designing each piece to highlight the beauty of your bouquet.

Before finalizing your keepsake, we send a digital proof of the design for your review. This allows you to see your framed arrangement and request up to two rounds of revisions to ensure it perfectly reflects your vision.

The Finishing Touches & Delivery

Once your design is approved, our team carefully frames and seals your preserved bouquet, ensuring every detail is perfect. We then prepare your keepsake for shipping, safely packaging it for secure transit.

Each completed piece is shipped directly to your home, ready to be displayed and treasured for years to come. For local clients, we also offer in-studio pickup as an alternative to shipping.
