Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Olive Branch Studios. We are excited to help you preserve your special memories through floral preservation. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds & Cancellations: Cancellations are only permitted if your event is canceled or if you request a refund at least 30 days prior to your event date, in which case you will receive a full refund. For cancellations between 30 and 14 days before the event, you will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued within 14 days of the event date.


Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Responsibility: You are responsible for shipping your bouquet to us, and all shipping costs are your responsibility. Shipping instructions will be provided after your purchase.
  • Shipping Risk: Shipping frames involves certain risks. If a frame is damaged during transit, we will provide a shipping label to return the damaged item for repair or replacement.
  • Bouquet Labeling: It is your responsibility to label your bouquet with your name and order number prior to shipping.
  • Bouquet Condition Upon Arrival: Upon arrival, some flowers in your bouquet may not be suitable for preservation due to damage during shipping. We will send a photo of your bouquet upon receipt.


Timeline and Communication

  • Timeline: The floral preservation process typically takes 6-8 months to complete. Shipping and handling require an additional 5-7 days.
  • Communication and Timely Responses: All communication regarding the design of your piece, including feedback and revisions, will be conducted solely through email. To ensure the smooth operation of our business and the best service to all our clients, we kindly request that you respond promptly to any design approvals or revision requests. If we do not receive a response within 30 days, we will proceed with framing your design and move forward with the process.
  • Email Communication: The Olive Branch Studios team will communicate with you via the email address provided on your order. If your email address is incorrect or needs to be updated, it is your responsibility to notify us.


Design Process

  • Design Approval: You will receive a final design proof for approval before the frame is sealed. Once the frame is sealed, no further changes can be made.
  • Design Revisions: You are entitled to two design revisions. Beyond this, any additional revisions may extend the timeline for completion of your frame and include a $25 fee per additional request.
  • Design Adjustments: If your requested design cannot be achieved with the flowers provided, our specialists will work to create a design that best suits the materials available.
  • Frame Upgrades: Our design team may suggest upgrading your frame if they feel it is necessary due to the size of your bouquet. While you are not required to upgrade, please be aware that if you choose not to, we will not be able to use all of the flowers from your bouquet in the final design.


Flower Preservation

  • Flower Usage: Due to the condition of certain flowers or the size of the frame, not all flowers from your bouquet will be used in the final design.
  • Color Correction: Color correction is included in your preservation process. You have the option to decline any color enhancements if desired.
  • Color Variations: Please note that flowers may fade, darken, or change in appearance during the preservation process. This is a natural occurrence. While we offer color correction services, no process can fully prevent flowers from changing over time.


Additional Terms

  • Replacement Flowers: If replacements are required for your bouquet, and you wish to use replacement flowers, additional fees may apply.
  • Lost or Damaged Bouquets: If your bouquet is lost, damaged, or unusable, you will receive a 50% refund or the option to use replacement flowers.
  • Handcrafted Nature: All frames are handcrafted and unique. Minor imperfections are natural and contribute to the individuality of each piece.
  • Leftover Flowers: We do not typically send back leftover pressed and color-corrected flowers unless specifically requested. If you would like the remaining flowers to be returned, a $50 fee will be applied.
  • Address Changes: If you need to change the shipping address, it is your responsibility to inform us promptly.
