The Process

Below are some of are common questions about orders

Our process includes several steps: First, you place your order and choose your preservation style and frame. We then provide instructions for safely sending your flowers. Once we receive them, our specialists preserve and color-correct the flowers, design and arrange them, and perform a final quality check. Your finished piece is then carefully packaged and shipped back to you.

Before sending your flowers, please carefully follow our packaging guidelines to ensure they arrive in the best condition.

The entire process typically takes 6-8 months from the time we receive your flowers to the delivery of your preserved keepsake. This timeline may vary depending on the complexity of the design and our current order volume.

We recommend booking your preservation as soon as possible to secure your preferred time slot. For wedding bouquets, it's best to as soon as possible, even if it is months away from your wedding date. We also take booking up to 8 days after your event.
