This role is integral to the final stages of our floral preservation process, ensuring that each arrangement is artfully glued and framed to perfection. Key Responsibilities:

Gluing: Arrange and secure pressed flowers to design backings based on client-approved proofs.

Framing: Assemble completed designs into frames, ensuring alignment, cleanliness, and overall presentation meet company standards.
- Inspect final products for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation, handling fragile materials with care.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand client preferences and project specifics.
- Follow safety guidelines when using tools and materials.
- Assist with inventory management of framing supplies and adhesives.
