Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative individual to join our team as a Designing Specialist. In this role, you will play a critical part in the process of preserving our clients' precious flowers and creating unique floral arrangements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming orders for floral preservation.
- Deconstruct fresh flower bouquets and prepare them for pressing.
- Ensure accurate color correction and preservation of flower petals.
- Press flowers using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with the design team to create custom layouts and arrangements.
- Utilize design software and tools to develop mock designs for client approval.
- Incorporate client feedback and make adjustments to designs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure the integrity of pressed flowers.
- Assist with packaging and shipping of completed orders.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the progress of their orders.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in floral preservation, design, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with delicate materials.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
